List services are designed to guide you through the stages of a real estate transaction and do not represent financial, real estate or legal advice.

1. Eligibility; Accounts and Registration
In short: you must be at least 18 years old, have your own account and provide real and up-to-date information.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions you confirm that: (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) you have not been previously suspended or removed from using List Services; (c) registration and use of Services complies with applicable laws and regulations.
To use the application features, you may be required to provide personal data (e.g. email address, phone number, in certain cases identity card and property documents). You are responsible for the accuracy and updating of this information, as well as for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
2. Use of Services; restrictions
In short: you have a limited license to use; you cannot copy or redistribute List content outside of permitted conditions.
By respecting these Terms and Conditions, you are granted a non-exclusive, limited, revocable, personal and non-transferable license to use List Services and the mobile application, for personal or professional purposes (as a real estate/mortgage agent, in accordance with applicable legislation).
Use, reproduction, distribution or display of List content on third-party sites or in ways other than those provided is not permitted. Aggregated data may be used for market analysis purposes, with citation "Data provided by LIST APP SRL".
3. Applicable fees
In short: certain features may be paid; subscriptions automatically renew until cancellation.
You may be required to pay fees to access certain features. All fees are expressed in euros (EUR) and are non-refundable. Price changes will be communicated in advance, and in the absence of acceptance we reserve the right to discontinue that service.
Subscription-type services include automatic recurring payments until the subscription or account is cancelled. To avoid future billing, the subscription must be cancelled before the renewal date.
4. User Materials – List Application
In short: content uploaded by you may be used by List to provide and improve services.
Certain Service features allow uploading of images, texts, ads, etc. ("User Materials"). By uploading them, you grant LIST APP SRL a global, non-exclusive, free license to use, copy, modify and display them within the application, including creating derivative works to improve services.
5. Third parties / Related services / Information sent
In short: interactions with third-party providers (Google Maps, Stripe, etc.) are governed by their own terms.
List may display or mediate connections to products, services and sites of third parties (e.g. Google Maps, Stripe). These providers are solely responsible for their services, and their use is subject to their own terms and policies. We recommend that you read them carefully before using them.
6. Account deactivation and agreement modification
In short: you can deactivate or delete your account, but you remain responsible for outstanding fees.
You can deactivate your account from the application settings or request data deletion by email at contact@listapp.eu. Violation of terms leads to automatic termination of permission to use services.
7. Applicable law; disputes
By using the Services, you accept the jurisdiction of the courts in Cluj for any dispute related to Services or for any other reason in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
8. Consent for communications
In short: you agree to receive electronic communications and to be contacted by real estate professionals and third-party providers.
By using List Services you agree to receive electronic communications from us, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Interactions with real estate professionals or third-party providers (including calls and messages) may be recorded and processed for quality, training and support purposes.
